About Projects
Subjectivities in Focus: The Power of Personalization
In an increasingly dynamic and plural world, understanding the particularities of each individual has become fundamental to the success of any project. At Boyrá, putting subjectivities in focus is not just a guideline - it is the essence of our work. After all, it is these singularities that make us unique and capable of transforming ideas into extraordinary results.
Our approach is based on active and personalized listening, aligned with the real needs of each client or target audience. This fine tuning between expectations and solutions is what guarantees more effective actions and optimized professional performance after the implementation of our projects.
At Boyrá, we believe that great achievements begin when individualities are truly understood.

Boyrá, in its various modalities and projects, operates with a sequential and controlled production flow, organized in specialized workstations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Workshop “Rights of the Heart”: Art, Cinema and Citizenship in Paranapiacaba
In an initiative that brought together storytelling, environmental education and children's rights, we held a special workshop with kindergarten and elementary school students from Paranapiacaba and the surrounding region.
The activity used the award-winning Canadian collection of silent animations “Rights of the Heart” as a starting point to discuss the Universal Rights of the Child in a playful and sensitive way. After the films were shown, the participants expressed their thoughts through creative drawings. At a later date, the children took part in a storytelling event entitled “Honey and the Last Seed”, a book by Alex Moletta.
This experience showed how
- Artistic language can be a powerful educational tool.
- Cinema opens doors to important discussions about citizenship.
- The voice of children, when expressed through art, touches hearts and minds.
The works produced became moments of emotion and learning, sharing with the community the discoveries of these young citizens about their fundamental rights.

CULTURE AND AUDIOVISUAL
Bebop with Malevolence: When the Jam Session Became Samba-Soul
In the late 1960s, São Paulo was the scene of a musical revolution. "Bebop com Malemolência: Quando a Jam Session Virou Samba-Soul" investigates how jazz, funk and rock mixed with samba, giving
gave rise to a new sound in Brazilian music. With interviews with musicians, researchers and producers, as well as archival footage and remarkable performances, the documentary traces the trajectory of this innovative movement, which redefined the music scene of the time and continues to influence artists to this day.

ADAPTING ACADEMIC WORK FOR COMMERCIAL BOOKS
How to transform academic work into commercial content and make Brazilian research known to the general public?
Brazilian scientific production is rich and relevant, but it is often limited to the walls of universities. Academic works, with their valuable data and in-depth analysis, could reach a much wider audience if they were adapted to accessible language and attractive formats. This transformation not only democratizes knowledge, but also opens up opportunities for monetization, whether through e-books, courses, articles or content for social networks.
Why adapt?
A traditional academic article follows strict rules: technical language, formal structure and specific citations. While essential for academia, this format can be difficult for the general public. The key is to translate the content without losing rigor. For example, research on the effects of deforestation in the Amazon could be turned into educational material for teachers, a viral infographic or even a short documentary.
Boyrá specializes in this type of adaptation.

(AUTO)BIOGRAPHIES: LEGACY FOR FAMILIES AND SOCIETY
The lives of ordinary people are also history
History is not only made up of great events or powerful people. It is found in the stories of ordinary people: workers, peasants, the elderly — people who, before, hardly ever appeared in books. Their autobiographies, full of struggles and everyday dreams, reveal how society shapes (and is shaped by) each individual.
The personal and the collective intertwine
When someone tells their story, they are not just sharing memories. They are showing, in practice, how social structures (crisis, work, culture) affect real lives. It is in subjectivity — in each person’s choices, pains and joys — that we see the reflection of our shared history.

Our Team
A family business is much more than a business - it is the embodiment of values, traditions and dreams shared by generations. Combining the flexibility of a lean structure with the strength of emotional ties, this management model combines professionalism and affection. The big difference lies in the ability to make decisions with a long-term vision, while maintaining the agility to innovate, always with a heart for the family legacy and a commitment to clients who often become part of this story.

What our customers say

"Cristina, my patient editor and coordinator of the whole team that made my book a reality, asked me to make a final comment, which I'm happy to do. At our first meeting, I brought a pile of writings, xeroxes and the like in the hope, and a certain amount of skepticism, that all this paperwork might result in a book...
That's right.
I won't go on about the countless meetings we had, very remote, commenting, working out details... and isn't it that gradually, and to my happy surprise, the book took shape?
I didn't have direct contact with the whole team. Thomas in the layout department, adjusting my “comings and goings”, Mary from Ipsis and the other professionals, meticulously proofreading the texts, paragraphs and spelling...
And Cristina with her relentless perfectionism. I conclude. Thanks! Impeccable result.I think the best compliment I can give you all is that, if there is a Volume II, we will certainly work together."
- José Maria Melgarejo
"I think it's a set of characteristics in the way you (Cristina) work: clear knowledge of the essential steps in providing advice on a project, personalized work, broad knowledge of how to "teach better", including the legislation that regulates teaching, dedication, research and commitment to the subject to be worked on by you in the advice, knowledge of technical standards, your goal is always the "perfect" work, that is, you always seek excellence in the work you do and you are very patient with the client. In other words, these are personal characteristics in the way you develop a project and that cannot be copied, as it is intrinsic to your personality."
-Rosângela Pereira Ferreira

“Talking about Boyrá and Cris is very easy! I only have praise for her. She has the ability to understand all the needs of each project, presents accessible alternatives, conveys security, in short, she knows what she is doing. In short: reliability, good communication, credibility, courtesy, security, competence and quick response, in other words, quality.”
-Heliana Tuchino
